We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To request this, please record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package, showing the damage to the product. This video must be shared with us as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup and process the refund or exchange accordingly.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange request if the product is not found to be damaged as claimed.
